VIP members are trusted friends and returning guests who have positively contributed to our hosting journey. They qualify for low-risk, direct bookings managed by the host, bypassing third-party service fees. State and county vacation rental taxes (12–13%) still apply to all VIP bookings.

This arrangement offers mutual benefits: guests save on third party service fees, and the host reduces vacancy and loss. Mutual trust is essential, and payments are accepted via online transfer or ACH.
